Procrastination is a thing that should be avoid because it provides negative impacts to the person who admits it. A procrastinator habitually puts things off until later.
Is it good to be a procrastinator? it is a BIG NO. Pay more attention to this illustration, please. Putting your studies off for a little while longer doesn’t seem like it will hurt anything. However, as you get used to procrastinating, it makes learning harder. You will get stressed because less time to learn.
This is one of solutions if you want to put off procrastination mode. Pomodoro Technique (tomato-shaped timer) by Italian Francesco Cirillo, 1980. Please, do these steps.
When 25 minutes is done, reward yourself (5-10 minutes). The reward is the most important part of the whole Pomodoro process because it gives your diffuse mode a chance to work on what you are learning. Even when your brain’s relaxing, it’s still working quietly figuring things out.
